I have worked in the apartment industry along side Jackie for over 30 years and I listen to what managers and the industry are looking at when describing their apartments. They want theirs to be the one that everyone wants to lease at. I feel that I can give that to them with my 3D approach to floor-plans. You have to give the new prospect the opportunity to visualize themselves living in that floor-plan. As in eating food, your eyes draw you in to the product in front of you. Your prospect can really see where their furniture will be. Let them feel it with 3D exposure not a black and white drawing.
Get them excited to want to see more and you’ll have them where you want them, at your desk signing their new lease!
